Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business planning, ROI analysis, and scenario evaluation.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial performance and variances, providing actionable insights to inform leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate across departments, including Sales, Operations, and IT, to align financial planning with overall business strategy.
  • Manage commission processes, sales pipeline reporting, and prequalification analysis in conjunction with the Sales team.
  • Partner with IT to implement automation and enhanced financial reporting using NetSuite and Power BI.
  • Prepare and present concise financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of actuals with budget and forecast during month-end close activities.
  • Lead initiatives to drive efficiency, automation, and scalability within finance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum five to seven years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, preferably in a leadership or senior-level role.
  • Proficiency in ERP and analytics tools, such as NetSuite and Power BI.
  • CPA or MBA certification is highly valued.
  • Strong leadership presence and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
