The mission of our finance team is to provide strategic financial support and build a world-class finance function. We aim to drive informed decision-making through data-driven insights and analysis.

About the Role

This senior financial analyst position will partner with various stakeholders to help manage and grow the business. The role requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate monthly, annual forecasts, and budgets for operational expenditures
  • Provide insightful variance analysis and implications to forecast, ensuring alignment with stakeholders' assumptions
  • Evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities to inform better decision-making and scenario planning
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis requests, presenting and visualizing data and insights effectively
  • Establish and maintain trusting relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Partner closely with business partners to develop effective cost management solutions
  • Support the sales team to ensure accuracy and alignment of commissions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 6+ years of relevant financial analysis work experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite tools
  • Adaptable mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders
