Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Merchandising Lead to oversee product planning and ensure the right items are in our stores, driving sales and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing product assortments, setting pricing, and analyzing sales, margins, and inventory data to optimize results.

The Merchandising Lead will also be responsible for building strong relationships with suppliers, collaborating with Marketing on campaigns and promotions, and coordinating with Stores on product availability and replenishment.

Additionally, they will lead and guide the merchandising team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful product planning and execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in retail merchandising or buying is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze sales, margins, and inventory data.
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer needs, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Leadership skills and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of merchandisers.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on results, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
