Wine Adore is entering a critical growth phase. We're building a scalable platform to revolutionize wine commerce across Southeast Asia — starting with our Super App MVP.

If you thrive in early-stage environments and can turn ambitious visions into clear, actionable roadmaps, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Lead MVP launch readiness and post-launch roadmap execution
  • Own agile sprints: backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews
  • Keep stakeholders aligned across Bali, Johor, and Cebu
  • Write clear PRDs, translate vision into user stories
  • Monitor product performance, drive user-centric iteration
  • Balance long-term goals with fast-paced sprint execution
What We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years in product management (preferably tech, e-comm, or startup)
  • Strong agile mindset with lean startup execution ability
  • Great communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical thinking with sharp prioritization skills
  • Bonus: Experience scaling MVPs, UI/UX awareness
