
Customer Experience Liaison

We are seeking a Customer Experience Liaison to play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction on both the client's Amazon Seller Central account and their website. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and empathetic individual who can provide exceptional customer service, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and drive business growth through improved customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat on Amazon Seller Central and the client's website.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Assist customers with navigating the client's website, placing orders, and resolving any technical issues they may encounter.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address customer concerns and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to build trust and loyalty.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues to proactively address them.
- Update customer records and communicate feedback or trends to the appropriate departments within the organization.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Preferably experienced with customer service tools such as E-desk or similar platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs.
- A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon Seller Central, is preferred but not required.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using email, chat, and other communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Must be available to engage through WhatsApp chat.
This role offers:
- A competitive salary range of $400 to $1000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
- A remote work environment that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
- Working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM UK time.
