Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic customer service representative to join our team.

As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively address inquiries and provide accurate responses.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • Researching and providing accurate responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels;
  • Navigating documentation and resources to ensure seamless customer support;
  • Escalating priority or unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary;
  • Documenting all customer interaction information according to standard operating procedures;
  • Maintaining high-standard customer satisfaction and experience, adhering to quality guidelines;
  • Fostering a collaborative work environment by engaging with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve customer issues and share knowledge;
  • Participating in internal and external training and/or seminars to enhance skills and knowledge;
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of customer service.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications;
  • Familiarity with customer support software, including Zendesk and Slack;
  • Fluent in English with reading and writing skills;
  • High school graduate or equivalent required;
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral;
  • Adaptable and flexible, with ability to work with process and information changes;
  • Empathic toward customers and able to maintain a customer-centric approach;
  • Team player, participating in department initiatives, providing feedback/updates, and promoting collaborative solutions;
  • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and show improvement;
  • Resilient, calm, and professional when dealing with challenging situations.
