Role Overview

This position plays a critical part in the success of our campaigns by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance.

As an Email Marketing Lead, you will manage workflow queues, conduct campaign quality assurance, and partner with stakeholders on compliance, audit, and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage task assignments across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery and proper prioritization.
  • Perform thorough quality reviews of campaign assets, templates, and audience definitions to guarantee precision and excellence.
  • Maintain and enforce quality playbooks, compliance protocols, and documentation standards to elevate governance policies.
  • Lead weekly reporting on quality metrics, backlog activity, and work queue health to provide valuable insights.
  • Support regular audits (e.g., opt-out compliance, pixel/tag verification) to maintain data integrity and adherence to regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM operations, email QA, or campaign compliance roles.
  • Proven ability to coordinate task assignments across teams and lead improvements.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with CRM/marketing technology tools (e.g., Braze, SFMC).
  • Experience maintaining quality documentation, compliance protocols, and campaign governance is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and JIRA or equivalent task tools is necessary.
