Targeted Media Manager

This is a critical function responsible for delivering targeted media for medium to high complexity accounts.

The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding results for assigned accounts across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure targeted campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Validate campaign budgets against allocated POs.
  • Install and configure pixels to track events and create remarketing audiences.
  • Partner with the client integrations team to ensure proper event configuration.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data, adjusting ad formats, targeting, and budget allocation as needed.
  • Track spending to ensure pace aligns with campaign goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and/or talent attraction is a plus.
  • Intermediate level of knowledge of digital advertising platforms and technology.
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Asana.
