Strategic Partnerships Director

We are seeking a strategic Strategic Partnerships Director to lead our business development efforts in the Philippines and across ASEAN markets. This role will focus on securing new opportunities in the development sector, responding to calls for proposals (RFPs), bids, and tenders from international development agencies, donors, and private sector partners.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within non-profits, development consulting firms, or multilateral organizations. They should possess excellent leadership, project management, and proposal writing skills to drive business growth and ensure high-quality submissions that align with funder priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Opportunity Research and Tracking – Track and pursue funding opportunities and key trends from development agencies, donors, and private sector partners across ASEAN.
- Proposal Development & Bid Management – Lead and oversee the entire proposal process, ensuring high-quality and competitive submissions.
- Strategic Partner & Expert Recruitment – Identify and engage consultants, technical experts, and partner organizations for project bids.
