  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models using historical sales trends and seasonal patterns
  • Lead the development of inventory replenishment plans that minimize stockouts and overstocks while maximizing supply chain efficiency
  • Analyze inventory health across SKUs, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory plans with marketing campaigns, promotions, and client seasonality
  • Oversee inbound PO calendar and supply planning accuracy to ensure seamless execution
  • Design and maintain reporting dashboards for key inventory metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory planning or demand forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with e-commerce and/or 3PL operations is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
