
Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage all organizational policies and procedures. The Policy and Compliance Specialist will serve as the centralized curator and coordinator of all policies, ensuring they are current, systematically reviewed, and fully compliant with applicable standards and regulations.
The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with leadership to support organizational readiness by maintaining review timelines, coordinating compliance meetings, supporting the development of new policies, and ensuring the timely completion of required reports.
Responsibilities:- Maintain an indexed, up-to-date master library of current policies and archived versions.
- Track and enforce review cycles (e.g., annual, biennial) and coordinate timely updates and re-approvals.
- Draft new policies and procedures based on leadership directives, operational goals, or changes in regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the lead curator of all policies and procedures across the organization.
- Ensure that all policies reflect current practices and are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and accrediting standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Legal Studies, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or policy management within a healthcare or behavioral health organization.
- Familiarity with Joint Commission, Arizona DHS, and applicable labor and healthcare regulations.
- Strong technical writing, policy drafting, and document control skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally across HR, operations, and clinical teams.
- Proficient with cloud-based document systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project tracking platforms.
