Operations Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to lead our content creator team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules to ensure all coverage needs are consistently met.
  • Develop and implement efficient onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  • Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues, providing solutions-oriented support to team members.
  • Monitor team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary to drive productivity improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks and maintain a supportive work environment.
  • Foster an inclusive culture across a 100% remote team by promoting open communication, transparency, and trust.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team, with a proactive attitude towards process improvement.
  • Experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is a definite advantage.
