Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of a large fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the necessary repairs for each vehicle to ensure maximum lifespan and minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with dispatchers and other team members to monitor maintenance schedules and accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments for regular maintenance services.
  • Create and manage work orders, purchase orders, and job assignments.
  • Track workflow progress and ensure tasks are completed to specifications on time.
  • Communicate with customers regarding requested or needed work.
  • Discuss repair options with clients and record relevant information in the system.
  • Monitor a large number of vehicles and various client accounts.
  • Assist with parts ordering and inventory management.
  • All other duties as assigned.
