The Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Cruise Line Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.

You will work closely with the Workforce Planning team, Global Crew Readability team, and the Manager Fleet Development and Administration to maintain and update staffing schedules for shipboard IT crew.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely coverage across all ships, aligning staffing schedules with approved port turnaround days, black-out periods, and operational priorities.

In addition to your analytical expertise, you will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate across diverse teams.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field is required. Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting, with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools, is preferred.

This position requires a high level of organization, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. You should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Familiarity with HR systems, onboarding processes, or scheduling software is an asset. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive employee data are essential.
