We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team at Citadel Pacific. The HR intern will work closely with our HR Team Manager and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Training, Talent Management and Payroll.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and assist with coordinating in-person interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees
  • Participate in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs
  • Assist with employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and concerns, and escalating to HR Manager when necessary
  • Support HR Manager with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing HR documents
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with implementing new initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information and adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 200 hours and willingness to work in BGC, Taguig City
  • Strong interest in the HR field and desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Previous HR experience or coursework is a plus, but not required
