Global S/4HANA Transformation Lead

This pivotal role encompasses full responsibility for directing a global S/4HANA transformation programme, ensuring it delivers business value on an international scale.

The Programme Director Role
  • Take overall accountability for the successful delivery of this global S/4HANA transformation
  • Provide direction, governance and leadership to ensure the programme meets strategic objectives while maintaining business continuity in a highly regulated environment

As Global S/4HANA Transformation Lead, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, supply chain and quality, as well as external partners and systems integrators. Key responsibilities include owning the global S/4HANA programme strategy, roadmap and delivery plan, leading programme governance and stakeholder management at executive level, overseeing systems integration partners and ensuring alignment between business and technology teams, managing programme budget, resourcing, risks and change control, driving adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory and compliance requirements specific to life sciences, and ensuring the transformation delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and visibility across global operations.

About You
  • Proven track record of leading complex, global S/4HANA or SAP transformation programmes (full lifecycle)
  • Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance and stakeholder management at C-suite level
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences, pharmaceuticals or medical devices
  • Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies
