**Job Opportunity:** Clinical Operations Director

This position entails leading and managing a team of virtual assistants to ensure synergy between their performance and clients' expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong understanding of medical or healthcare-related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop daily planning strategies, manage operations, and resolve problems for Medical Client-VA pairs to meet client-set targets.
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
  • Help grow clients' businesses using our services.
  • Manage Medical Client-VA relationships.
  • Mitigate client concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, and handle situations as needed.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management.
  • Highly proficient in English (written and oral).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with high-level professionals.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, focused, organized, and efficient.
  • Experience in Training and Development is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to think critically and create solutions when necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts.
