Australian Mortgage Loan Processor

Mortgage loan processors play a vital role in supporting brokers to achieve settlement targets. Their primary responsibilities include managing data entry into various software systems, preparing compliance documentation for proposed loans, and ensuring all settled files are compliant.
Key Responsibilities- Lodging new applications with lenders and following through to approval & settlement
- Communication with clients keeping them updated with progress
- Organising valuations with lenders
- Booking and organising settlements with the clients, solicitors, and lenders
- Ensuring compliance of settled files
- Keeping application tracker within CRM updated
- Tracking commission payments
- Diary and email management
- Supporting broker to achieve settlement targets
- Data entry into software systems
- Preparing Compliance Documentation for proposed loans
- Stable internet connection with at least 50MBPS or up
- Own computer
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in Australian loan processing is required.
- Experience with Australian mortgage CRM systems and aggregator platforms.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial for interacting with clients, brokers, and other parties.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, loan processing software, and potentially banking computer software is necessary.
- Meticulousness in reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy is essential.
- The ability to provide excellent customer service is vital.
- Effective time management skills are needed to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
