Project Quality Management Specialist

This position is responsible for managing and tracking internal quality assurance projects and initiatives across multiple teams. It involves coordinating and driving execution for cross-functional initiatives that require tight collaboration.
As a senior-level position, this role requires a deep understanding of quality assurance principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Establish lightweight processes and rituals to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Actively utilize AI-powered tools to automate updates, streamline status reporting, and manage project artifacts.
- Serve as the point of contact for planning and communicating key deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
- Help identify and implement best practices in cross-team project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a quality assurance or engineering environment.
- Background in quality assurance, test automation, or engineering.
- Experience working in a SaaS or tech company.
