  • Encourage innovation and creativity within the team.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as primary liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring clear communication.

  • Address client concerns promptly and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet client specifications.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Pitches and Presentations:

  • Participate in pitch presentations, providing support and insights in project management.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities in the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, creative, or technology industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is preferable.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
