Financial Operations Assistant

This is a challenging role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage financial processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

  • The Financial Operations Assistant will be responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining up-to-date financial records, and preparing regular financial reports.
  • They will also assist in payroll management, including the calculation of wages, superannuation, and entitlements.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our business.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, and general accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and any accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Skills:
  • Financial Management: A solid understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Payroll Administration: Experience with payroll processing, including calculations and compliance with tax and employment laws.
  • Administrative Support: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
