Technical Support Specialist

As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing daily support to our sales force in applications, proposal work, and order processing/management. This includes reviewing pump specifications, preparing proposals, providing technical support to customers, and interfacing with vendors and sales order validation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support for the sales force in applications, proposal work, and order processing/management.
  • Review pump specifications and prepare proposals.
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Interface with vendors and sales order validation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer license is a plus.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Technical Support Specialist is a plus; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales pre- and post-sales to provide in-depth technical support for products, including sizing and selection of equipment, drawings, performance curves, technical information, product presentation, and site visitation.
  • Productive in a target- and deadline-driven environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling data and information.
