Job Overview

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record accounts payable transactions in our accounting system.
  • Verify invoice details prior to processing entries.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for invoice processing and payment authorization.
  • Address customer inquiries related to invoice discrepancies and payment status.
  • Provide prompt assistance to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular reconciliation of invoices and statements.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Detailed knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
