Accounting Specialist Opportunity

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our organization as an Accounting Specialist. In this position, you will provide essential support to the accounting department, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately type and prepare accounting documents and records.
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile accounts promptly to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Enter key data of financial transactions into the database daily.
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel as needed.
  • Research and resolve accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Compile reports and summaries on activity areas for management.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounting, preferably as an Accounting Generalist.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
  • Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.


The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for numbers and be well organized. A degree holder in Accountancy, Finance, or any related course is mandatory. Training and relevant certification are a plus.
