Join us as a Client Relations Analyst and play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to their queries via phone, email, and live chat.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading education company like Pearson. As a Client Relations Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. This will involve communicating effectively with customers, understanding their needs, and finding solutions that meet their expectations.

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated and has excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.

Our standard working hours are 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, UK time. However, we may require you to work occasional overtime or on weekends to meet customer demands.
