Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our financial management cycle. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business objectives.">
  • Oversee month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.">
  • Prepare, review, and present management reports, highlighting key business drivers, trends, and variances.">
  • Maintain and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals.">
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.">
  • Develop and implement process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.">
  • Mentor and lead a remote finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.">
  • Support internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).">
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in controllership, financial planning & analysis, and reporting.">
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.">
  • Proficiency in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.">
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.">
  • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc. preferred).">
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote / Work from Home setup.">
