About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to partner with our leadership team, driving strategic growth and decision-making through insightful financial analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, incorporating historical trends, industry benchmarks, and market forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost optimization and process improvement.
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying key drivers of variance and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders, ensuring timely and effective decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication and trust.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
