  • Leads and manages teams to provide financial accounting and reporting services to global Business Partners.
  • Captures timely and accurate results through daily reconciliations, break resolutions, and other related tasks.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging best practices and technology advancements.
  • Maintains strong relationships with Business Partners, stakeholders, and team members to drive collaboration, communication, and shared goals.
