Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support our FP&A team. This role will focus on report development and administration, data visualization, Excel automation, and presentation updates.

  1. Report Development & Administration:
    1. Administer and maintain systems ensuring data accuracy and timely updates of financial reports.
    2. Develop and enhance reports to meet the evolving needs of the business.
    3. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to system usage.
  2. Data Visualization:
    1. Design, create, and manage dashboards that provide key insights to stakeholders.
    2. Continuously improve dashboard functionalities to enhance reporting efficiency.
  3. Excel Automation:
    1. Build and maintain complex Excel models for financial consolidation ensuring the accuracy of data.
    2. Automate recurring reports using advanced techniques (macros, pivot tables, formulas) to streamline processes.
  4. Presentation Updates:
    1. Update and refine presentations used for board meetings, executive reviews, and internal reporting.
    2. Collaborate with the FP&A team to create visually compelling slides that effectively communicate financial insights.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis preferably in an FP&A environment.
  3. Hands-on experience with financial systems for report development and administration.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and automation and PowerPoint.
  5. Experience with data visualization tools for creating informative dashboards.
  6. Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
  7. Exceptional attention to detail and high level accuracy in all work.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Previous experience supporting a global team.
  2. Knowledge of financial systems and data integration processes.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
