Operations and Data Analyst Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Data Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams by streamlining workflows, managing datasets, and driving process enhancements.

  • Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
  • Help enforce process and quality standards across teams.
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field
  • Atleast 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

  • Develop and implement data management systems to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements
