Job Title: Sales Executive Assistant

We seek a meticulous professional to support our sales operations and executive team by handling administrative tasks.

About the Role:
  • Manage data, generate reports, and streamline workflows using advanced Excel skills to ensure smooth operation.
  • Assist executives with calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination to optimize productivity.
  • Maintain CRM records and update client databases for accurate tracking.
  • Support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Draft professional documents, proposals, and presentations to effectively communicate ideas.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense tracking, and file organization to maintain a tidy workspace.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, executive assistance, or administrative roles.
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Salesforce).
  • Experience with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ClickUp, Zoom).
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
