Sales Support Representative

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist in reviewing and verifying sales agreements to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • with client queries or concerns.
  • Manage and organize email correspondence for assigned inboxes, ensuring timely
  • responses and follow-ups as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal tasks, meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team
  • and other departments when necessary.
  • Review and confirm outbound invoices to ensure consistency with sales agreements
  • and client expectations.
  • Enter new client agreements into the system, maintaining up-to-date records and
  • ensuring compliance with internal processes.

WHAT WE NEED:

  • Experience in sales support, administrative, or operations role is highly preferred
  • Graduate of IT course or any related courses.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and a good sense of humor
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based tools and CRM systems

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with ConnectWise and Quosal (ConnectWise Sell) – Familiarity with these platforms would be viewed favorably.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
