Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Quality Control team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching direct reports on their performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action as needed.

You will ensure that service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.

Your primary goal is to promote the Concentrix values through behavior and attitude, while leading by example and mentoring team members to achieve performance expectations.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to lead a team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Quality Control team
  • C coach direct reports on their performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement corrective action as needed to meet KPIs and financial expectations
