Project Manager - Strategic Delivery

The role of the Project Manager encompasses leading and coordinating cross-functional teams in delivering strategic projects with global reach.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Develop project plans, resource allocation strategies, and budget forecasts to ensure on-time delivery.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, establish goals, and develop project timelines.
    • Manage and mitigate project risks, implement contingency plans, and communicate changes to key stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership
    • Lead high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
    • Communicate effectively across diverse cultural environments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Strategic Vision & Operational Execution
    • Develop and implement comprehensive project management frameworks to drive business outcomes and operational excellence.
    • Balance short-term goals with long-term strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
    • Contribute to building best practices in project management by identifying opportunities for process improvements and knowledge sharing.
    • Share expertise and mentor junior project managers or coordinators to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-country projects with significant impact on business outcomes.
  • Experience in industries such as finance, BPO, IT, healthcare, etc., is highly valued.

This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills to drive project success and achieve business transformation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.

They will also have excellent proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, etc., and be able to lead and deliver complex multi-country projects.
