Job Title: Creative Visual Strategist

The role involves conceptualizing and implementing high-impact creative visual briefs across marketing divisions, targeting HR professionals and Financial Advisers.

You will work with Adobe's creative suite, Figma, and video/animation editing tools to execute a variety of design tasks, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos.

  • Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, email graphics, event banners, landing page imagery, and promo videos.
  • Work within established brand guidelines to maintain consistency while injecting fresh creativity.
  • Adapt visuals for various platforms and formats, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with marketers and designers to align visuals with campaign goals.

This position requires 2+ years of experience as a marketing designer, graphic designer, or similar role, expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, animation creation and video editing skills, understanding of digital marketing channels and creative requirements, experience working with website graphics and design in a B2B environment, ability to work quickly and efficiently, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
