Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain interactive business intelligence reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into functional BI solutions.
  • Integrate data from various sources, including SQL databases, Excel files, APIs, and cloud services.
  • Design and implement data models and DAX calculations to ensure accurate and meaningful visualizations.
  • Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and usability of reports.
  • Conduct data analysis to support strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights.
  • Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and self-service capabilities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and BI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of experience working with Power BI in a data analysis or business intelligence capacity.
  • Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
  • Strong experience working with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) experience.
