As a Data Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this mission. You will be responsible for managing complex data tasks, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to process improvements to ensure data accuracy and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and execute complex data manipulation tasks, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and best practices.
- Provide expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools, addressing advanced issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop, refine, and document best practices aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
