Key Data Analyst Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Data Analyst to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets from multiple departments to drive decision-making and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to think strategically, and excellent communication skills. You will design reports to track financial metrics as well as operational metrics, create analyses using disparate data sources and large volumes of detailed data, and translate results into easily understood presentation quality materials.

You will provide input through business modeling and pro forma analysis to support strategic decision-making in day-to-day operations and new programs, proactively identify and evaluate strategic and operational opportunities, and provide recommendations for potential solutions to leadership members.

Additionally, you will perform exploratory data analyses that helps us better understand our customers and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will assist in forecasting revenue growth, financial planning, and resource allocation, and support client reporting with relevant KPIs, campaign results, and data-driven recommendations.

What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI
