Job Overview

A corporate security assistant manager is responsible for overseeing the daily physical security operations across multiple sites, conducting risk assessments, and implementing mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Operations & Risk Management:
    • Oversee daily physical security operations across multiple sites.
    • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Manage man guarding services and vendor performance.
    • Ensure executive protection and travel security.
    • Support incident response, crisis management, and investigations.
  • Compliance & Audits:
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate security policies.
    • Support and participate in audits (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001).
    • Maintain documentation aligned with regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
    • Collaborate with site leads, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
    • Manage third-party service providers and ensure SLA compliance.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all security-related matters.
  • Health, Safety & Awareness:
    • Support Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) programs.
    • Promote fire safety and emergency preparedness.
    • Design and deliver security awareness programs, including new employee orientation.
  • Planning & Budgeting:
    • Plan and implement best-in-class security standards across all sites.
    • Manage security operations within defined budgets.
    • Identify and implement cost optimization and operational improvements.
    • Lead security-related projects and initiatives across assigned sites.
