About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager to oversee the 24/7 operation of our network and systems infrastructure in a high-availability, high-security environment.

The NOC Manager will lead a team of network engineers and analysts to ensure the stability, performance, and security of our infrastructure, providing uninterrupted support for critical services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of NOC engineers, analysts, and support staff across multiple shifts.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Maintain a 24x7 staffing schedule to ensure continuous monitoring and response coverage.
  • Oversee real-time monitoring, incident response, and escalations for network, server, and application systems.
  • Develop, implement, and refine operational procedures and runbooks.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure, procedures, and incident reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, including at least 3 years in a NOC leadership role.
  • Previous experience in the financial services or fintech industry is required.
  • Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, etc.), firewalls, VPNs, and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk, or similar.
  • Experience with SIEM platforms and integrating NOC with SOC operations.
  • Knowledge of high-availability environments, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and crisis management skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities under pressure.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
