As a Creative Quality Specialist, you will play a vital role in guaranteeing top-notch creative output for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and proposing measures to correct or enhance the creative quality of customer requests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Scrutinize customer requests to ensure adherence to stringent quality control standards.
  • Review an average of 50 requests within an 8-hour shift, maintaining high productivity and efficiency.
  • Examine customer concerns from a quality perspective and offer valuable recommendations and observations to improve quality outputs.
  • Perform technical reviews and provide well-founded feedback to creatives on requests, focusing on customer instructions, brand consistency, content accuracy, and industry benchmarks.

You will collaborate closely with the Quality team and Quality Coordinator to streamline the handling of the quality review queue efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and a keen eye for detail to ensure precision in the review of creative output.
