Job Overview:

This position is responsible for providing classroom support and ensuring a seamless learning experience for new hire classes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Support
    • Monitor the classroom environment throughout the day, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
    • Assist trainers in managing classroom dynamics, ensuring agents are engaged and on task.
    • Provide technical support to agents, addressing system issues, connectivity problems, and other technical concerns.
    • Collaborate with trainers to facilitate effective communication and minimize interruptions during class.
    • Document key events, updates, and issues throughout the day, as assigned by the trainer.
  • Time Management and Monitoring
    • Act as the timekeeper of the class, monitoring agent breaks and time away from the class.
    • Verify new hire class identity through camera, ensuring accurate attendance tracking.
  • Troubleshooting and IT Support
    • Address IT issues, such as system lockouts, resultsCX or client access issues.
    • Submit IT tickets, following up on status and resolution.
  • Engagement and Feedback
    • Encourage participation among agents, using recognition and praise to boost morale.
    • Provide feedback to trainers on class engagement and group dynamics.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in personal computer use.
  • Communication Skills: Good non-verbal and verbal communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with trainers and agents.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and issue tracking.
  • Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work different shifts, including extended hours, as required.
