The role of a Digital Analyst is pivotal in optimizing user experience and content across various digital platforms. This position entails integrating advanced analytics tools to monitor visitor behavior, track customer activities, and report performance across multiple marketing channels.

  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Design impactful reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to provide real-time visibility of business performance.
  • Data Management: Manage large datasets, loading various data types from multiple sources into a unified storage layer.
  • Analytics Integration: Execute data ingestion through cloud-based resources, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze customer interactions with websites and provide solutions based on industry best practices for UX/UI and content optimization.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Generate hypotheses for A/B testing, manage experiments, and provide actionable insights based on user feedback and data analysis.
  • Collaboration & Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the creation of data-driven solutions and conduct training sessions for team members.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices for UX/UI and content optimization methodologies.
Key Requirements
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on user experience and digital marketing metrics.
  • Experience in UX and UI fundamental research and design.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies.
