As a Corporate Recruiter - Volume Hiring, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various job boards and channels, conducting competency-based interviews to screen applicants, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have experience in volume hiring, recruitment, and onboarding, as well as proficiency in using Applicant/Candidate Tracking Systems.

You will partner with our Client's Recruitment Team to fulfill hiring needs within set timelines. Additionally, you will ensure that the target number of endorsements is achieved and maintain a professional relationship with our client.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates through various job boards and channels
  • Conducting competency-based interviews to screen applicants
  • Maintaining the ATS accurately and up-to-date
  • Ensuring the target number of endorsements is achieved

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • Experience in corporate hiring, manufacturing, BPO, or shared services environments
  • Proficient in using Applicant/Candidate Tracking Systems
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid or onsite setting
