Business Intelligence Role Overview

This is a Business Intelligence role where you will work with various stakeholders to identify and define key metrics, business questions, and reporting needs.

You will facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover pain points, success measures, and opportunities for improvement. You will also translate business processes and goals into measurable KPIs and performance indicators.

Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Work with data from multiple sources to develop trusted reporting and analytics.
  • Build and iterate on analytical models, dashboards, or data sets in collaboration with the team.

Data Validation & Metric Governance

  • Help ensure consistency and accuracy of key business definitions across reporting and analytics.
  • Support documentation of KPIs, including definitions, formulas, ownership, and rationale.
  • Contribute to a trusted source-of-truth semantic layer by collaborating on metric alignment.

Enablement & Storytelling

  • Deliver insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and dashboard reviews.
  • Help build a data-driven culture by enabling teams to ask better questions and explore answers using advanced analytics tools.
  • Support training and onboarding for teams new to self-service analytics tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certifications in data analysis are desirable but not required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields (open to strong candidates from other domains transitioning into analytics).
  • Experience working with modern BI tools and strong understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
