Job Title: Software Quality Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Engineer to join our team. This role plays a critical part in our software development lifecycle, helping to identify issues early and ensure a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables
  • Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities across various stages of development
  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using open-source tools
  • Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly, ensuring clear communication and resolution
  • Conduct thorough regression testing after bug fixes and system updates
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
  • Strong knowledge of Software Quality methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions
  • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards
