We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional with expertise in clinical research and pharmaceutical industries to play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining quality standards across projects.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive quality control processes, conducting quality assurance audits, reviewing and improving documentation systems, providing strategic oversight of QA processes, collaborating with team members, developing and maintaining QA tracking systems, and creating and executing quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Quality Control Process Design: Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Documentation Review: Review and improve documentation systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to industry standards.
  • QA Process Oversight: Provide strategic oversight of QA processes across multiple projects to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards and ensure seamless project execution.
  • QA Tracking Systems: Develop and maintain QA tracking systems to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Quality Improvement Initiatives: Create and execute quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and reduce defects.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of QA experience in the life sciences industry, a proven background in pharmaceutical or clinical research organizations, strong experience in quality auditing and compliance, excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, superior English communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work independently and initiate projects, experience with clinical research or pharmaceutical companies, track record of implementing QA systems, and strong documentation and reporting skills.
