Job Description

onsemi, a multinational corporation, is seeking an experienced professional to join the finance team in Cebu. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality general accounting services, including general ledger, payroll, treasury, and tax.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of general accounting services.
  • Review and maintain the integrity of balance sheet accounts, addressing any issues in a prompt manner.
  • Comply with national and local government authorities' regulations and requirements.
  • Work with external auditors on annual statutory audits, income tax determinations, and government audits.
  • Implement continuous process improvements and automation to enhance cost-effectiveness and quality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy, with a CPA license preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in finance/accounting, with a focus on general accounting functions.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate within teams, building internal and external partnerships.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated, with advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven, with strong personal accountability and pride of work.
