We are a fast-paced and innovative team seeking an experienced Ridesharing Onboarding Specialist to join our ranks. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for crafting a seamless and effective onboarding journey for new drivers.

This role demands exceptional communication skills, sharp problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail to facilitate the process, foster a positive applicant experience, and ultimately bolster overall operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow-up with drivers regarding their application to confirm their qualifications
  • Review and record application documents.
  • Walk drivers through the onboarding process.
  • Drive a high conversion rate.
  • Proactively address any issues and provide solutions.
  • Track and update sheets required to see progress in day-to-day operations
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • At least 1-year experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Slack
  • Positive and forward-thinking attitude; diligent and results-oriented
  • Someone available during work hours and committed to scheduled times for work
  • Someone with a strong work ethic who is reliable
