We are seeking a skilled professional to manage operational, marketing, and customer support tasks for a rapidly expanding Australian cryptocurrency exchange. The ideal candidate will have experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain, with a strong understanding of digital asset trading solutions.


About the Role

This is a remote, full-time opportunity with flexible hours. As a member of our global team, you will be responsible for creating and scheduling social media posts, managing paid advertising campaigns, providing exceptional customer support, and participating in software testing and market research.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage our community and promote our platform.
  • Paid Advertising: Assist with booking and optimizing digital ads on various platforms.
  • Help Desk Support: Provide timely and effective customer support via email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Software Testing: Participate in user testing, report bugs, and suggest improvements for platform updates.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain, with familiarity in exchange, trading, or DeFi preferred.
  • Excellent written English skills for customer communication and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media scheduling, and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
